About Wellthlinks
What is Wellthlinks?
Wellthlinks is a boutique healthcare advisory firm. We design direct care models for the physicians who deliver care and the employers who fund them, across concierge medicine, direct primary care, advanced primary care, and direct specialty care.
For physicians, we architect the practice model: economics, contracting, and the demand strategy that fills the panel. For employers, we design care into the plan you already run and contract the care network behind it.
Fee-only, model-agnostic, stack agnostic.
How is Wellthlinks different from traditional consultants or insurance brokers?
Three structural differences.
Compensation. Fee-only. Our income comes from the client who hired us and nowhere else.
Scope. We work both sides of the model. We architect the practice for physicians and contract the care network for employers, so the agreement holds on both ends. Never both sides of the same deal.
Architecture. Compliance, economics, and contracting are designed together and before launch, built to the state the model will actually operate in.
Employer Advisory Solutions
How can Wellthlinks help reduce employer healthcare costs?
Cost reduction starts with structure, not with vendors. We model where your spend actually sits, then design direct care into the plan you already run: primary care access, specialty contracting, and plan design that routes utilization deliberately.
For self-funded and level-funded employers, that means direct contracting and claims exposure modeled before the plan year opens. For HDHP structures, it means resolving HSA qualification before anything gets built on top of it.
Most employers have been sold a solution. Fewer have been shown the architecture underneath their spend.
What employers does Wellthlinks work with?
Qualification is structural, not headcount. What matters is how your plan is funded and how much of the risk you carry.
We work with employers from 15 lives up, with no upper limit. Smaller and level-funded groups need the economics and compliance architecture built correctly from the start. Larger self-funded employers bring multi-site, multi-state, and captive complexity, and the architecture scales with that complexity rather than with employee count.
If you fund any portion of your own claims, there is strategy available to you.
Does Wellthlinks replace traditional insurance plans?
No. We do not sell insurance. Instead, we design direct care and membership-based strategies that may complement existing insurance or replace certain benefits, depending on employer goals and workforce needs.
Physician & Practice Advisory
How does Wellthlinks support physicians and practices?
We offer three levels of strategic advisory:
Strategic Foundation Advisory for feasibility and economic alignment
Strategic Design & Transition Advisory for transition planning and oversight
Ongoing Strategic Advisory Partnership for long-term governance and decision support
Our advisory work focuses on compliance architecture (including Stark, HIPAA, and CPOM), economic modeling, and strategic positioning, not daily operations.
Do you work with both concierge and DPC practices?
Yes. We advise both concierge medicine and DPC practices, supporting membership design, compliance oversight, employer partnerships, and long-term sustainability.
What does onboarding with Wellthlinks look like?
Engagement begins with a discovery call to clarify objectives, constraints, and timelines. From there, we recommend either a focused Strategy Jumpstart or one of our ongoing advisory engagements based on your needs.
What’s the difference between Wellthlinks advisory services and Advisory Collective?
Advisory Collective provides foundational education on membership-based care models for physicians in the exploration phase or early in their careers. Wellthlinks advisory services provide strategic guidance customized to your specific practice, market, and transition timeline. Many physicians complete Advisory Collective programs before engaging advisory services.
Practical Information
Do you provide operational support or implementation services?
Wellthlinks focuses on strategic design and advisory oversight – not operational execution. We develop the frameworks, workflows, and compliance systems your practice needs, and guide you through implementation strategy every step of the way. Implementation support is available upon request and is scoped separately.
How do we get started with Wellthlinks?
Start by booking a discovery call. Physicians and employers may begin with a Strategy Jumpstart session ($1,497) for targeted guidance or explore our ongoing advisory engagements.
What does pricing look like?
Pricing depends on engagement scope and complexity. Strategy Jumpstart sessions are $1,497. Ongoing advisory engagements are customized based on objectives, market dynamics, and decision timelines.
