Meet The Founder

Dana Y. Lujan is a U.S. military veteran and healthcare executive with 15+years of experience in payer strategy, provider network development, operational leadership, and revenue optimization. She has worked across national payers, health systems, physician groups, and concierge medical practices.

Dana founded Wellthlinks to help physicians start or transition into hybrid and membership-based care models, and to support employers in designing value-driven, sustainable benefit strategies.

As a woman-, minority-, and veteran-owned founder, Dana leads with a mission-first mindset—empowering healthcare stakeholders to take back control of care delivery through strategy, structure, and service.
