Meet The Founder

Dana Y. Lujan, MBA, is a U.S. military veteran and healthcare executive with 18+ years of experience in payer strategy, business & network development, revenue optimization, and operational leadership. She has led initiatives across national payers, health systems, physician groups and concierge practices—bridging traditional and membership-based care.

After successfully building and exiting a prior consulting business, Dana launched Wellthlinks to help physicians start or transition into hybrid and membership-based care models, and to support employers in designing sustainable, direct/value-based benefit strategies.

As a woman-, minority-, and veteran-owned founder, she leads with a mission-first mindset—empowering stakeholders to reclaim control of care delivery.
